We already said goodbye to our short term volunteers. Here we have what we prepared before they finished their projects. Creating a colorful tree with our feelings, experiences, advices to each other was didactive and enlightning. Because it was a flashback to last two months and we had the oppurtunity to review what we went through. We wrote the feelings we had; excitement, happiness, stress, tension, fun; the knowledge we gained professionally, culturally and personally; our advices to each other for the future…
We also created a map of Leszno with the main places we spent our time all together. EVS map consisted of our houses, Slowianska and the Luxury House. 🙂 The cafes, pubs where we went to have fun. Of course the train station which was the first stop to our EVS life. The funny moments we had, Nuria’s bicycle and Stamatis’ finger accident.. 🙂 The concert event that we went together and danced, had soo much fun.. 🙂
With the arrival of the new short term volunteers, May was so full with integrations, Eurocamps, workshops, presentations and international events. We made unforgettable memories, learned a lot, gained new skills, improved ourselves in many ways.
Watch our monthly movie to see how amazing May was in CAT.
We are 24 days before Christmas and yesterday we participated in the decorations of the christmas tree which took place in Speedway Stadium. Our volunteers made their own Christmas ornamnent and hung it with some…co-operation.
Enjoy these days with your family and people you love. They are precious.
See you soon. 🙂

Ladies and gentlemen. ANNOUNCEMENT!!!!!
Finally, after our photography workshop directed by our volunteers, we are very proud to announce the outcome of this laboratory: the final photography exhibition!!
~ 04.12.2017 at 18:00, Boczna 6, Leszno 64-100 ~
The exposition will follow the theme of the Human Rights, topic still highly significant today. We believe in disseminating the message of the Human Rights and, of course, their violations. We also believe that photography is, today more than yesterday, an extremely powerful media for expressing messages and let them circulate as much as possible That’s why we have chosen to spread this idea, this philosophy, this concept so precious through this media.
With the intention of propagating to the maximum the Human Rights, the exhibition will be completely free and funded by CAT Foundation.
We hope that you will appreciate our efforts.
See you there!! 😀

As the winter is approaching and we are back in the schools making presentations as well as having our new office set up we welcome you to pop in at any time between 2-5pm Mon-Fri. We have been working hard to set up and extra place for the young people to kill some time between finishing lectures and going home. Good news that our volunteers came up with an idea to dedicate that time to you. Soon there will be more volunteers joining us, in whole 9 people extra from a variety of countries.
So come on in and lets have a cup of tea together watching the Autumn rain pass by.
We had a successful day at Jana Kazimierza nursery with the new volunteers Amit and Ramazan accompanying a long term volunteer Tetyana, who’s presented her country of origin for young ones. There was maps creating, dancing and video presentation but most of all lots of warm embraces right from the start and kisses. Thanks to the help of the English teacher at the school we were able to communicate easily with the youth. We hope to make their little hearts warm up again soon with another country presentation shortly.
